I'm interested in joining a fictional league that uses OOTP 11. I'm a scholar/writer on a tight budget and I will not be able to purchase OOTP 12. I am willing to take any team whether it is contending or rebuilding.
My only requirement is, as I stated, that it be a fictional league. Fictional leagues allow me to escape from real life for a period of time and use my own imagination more, which I prefer.
