Why was this moved to Technical Support where no one will see it?

Since that post, I've simmed about a week. Not one of those players were claimed on waivers (obviously they'd be claimed IRL), and then they were sent to the AHL. Now, this makes very little sense in the new CBA because if it was a salary issue, sending to the AHL no longer relieves teams of the salary cap hit.
