@Cooperstown leagues are the best option for this. They are the best compilation of these leagues I've ever seen.
The only issue I have is the birth dates and birth places are't correct, I always end up having to fix that.

I should have the OOTP14 version of these leagues, I'll post them up if Coop's doesn't get his links working.

Same year doesn't matter. The league imported will be adjusted to the currect year in the active league.

IE Import Negro league greats that's at March 21, 2018 into the 2019 QS and it imported fine. It just adjusted the imported league players birth dates by a year so they stay the same age as before.
