Johnson was throwing in the high 90s and still breaking 100 during games. Obviously Chapman was throwing well over 100 that season.

The historical guys have velocity auto-generated by the game, same as in a regular OOTP historical game.
We should probably fix this at some point though, at least for the more recent guys...
