Ugh!!!! Ugh! Ugh!
The Hall of Fame votes are in and I'm sad to report no one got inducted.
Yasiel Puig received 74.5%, 5.5 shy of the required 80%. The career .305 hitter, with 298 home runs, 414 doubles, 142 triples and a career .388OBP is getting in, even if I have to do it myself. He will make it though Puig JAWS 50.8, Black Ink 33, Gray Ink 137, HOF Standards 54

Hanley Ramirez received 20.8% in his first year on the ballot. Ramirez remains the career leader in doubles with 482. At the age of 23/24 Hanley looked like a sure bet for the Hall, but he then became human again. Still had a nice career though. 1947 Rookie of the Year, 1948 League MVP. 3 Silver Slugger awards.
