Walkers news: May 20 -- St. Louis 4, Kansas City 3

Record: 25-12, 1st, 1.5 GA Springfield
Carlos Vidal and Andrew Benintendi had RBI singles in the bottom of the ninth inning as St. Louis rallied for a 4-3 win over Kansas City at Busch Stadium (1997).
The Pit Masters had taken a 3-2 lead in the top of the ninth when Danny Cushing led off with a home run off River Walkers relief pitcher Danny Grigg.
But Pit Masters reliever Austin Hansen brought nothing with him to the mound for the bottom of the ninth.
Pinch-hitter Rhys Hoskins started things with a lead-off walk.
After a strike out of Christian Arroyo, Johan Camargo doubled to put runners at second and third.
Bo Bichette was given an intentional walk.
Vidal followed with a single, scoring Hoskins to tie it.
With Erik Miller on the mound, Benintendi knocked another single as Camargo crossed the plate with the winning run.
River Walkers starting pitcher Argenis Batista was impressive going 7.2 innings, allowing two runs on four hits. He struck out 13 and walked one.
Grigg went the rest of the way.

He (3-0) allowed the homer to Cushing but still earned his third win.
