Not surprisingly, the Collingwood Magpies and Singapore Sluggers are 1-2 in the entire P408 in run differential and winning %. Collingwood maintains a slim lead over the Sluggers in the NC Central, who will have to console themselves with the knowledge that they had separate winning streaks of 11 and 7 games during a 21-5 May. Impressively, the Sunset Town Kings have not only survived but thrived in the division, as they are tied for the fourth best record in the NC and currently occupy the second Wild Card spot.

In the AC, the standout team so far is the Excelsior Dodgers, who pace the AC in run differential (+111) and the AC Central by 2 games over 4-time Perfect champion New Image Blaze. Huntley, meanwhile, shook off a lackluster 9-9 start to May by ripping off a 7-game winning streak to finish the month with a 4-game lead over the current second Wild Card Humongous Melonheads. The Red Raiders are having surprising struggles against right-handed starters, with an 18-14 record weighed down by fully two-thirds of its vs-R lineup currently sporting OPS+'s below 100. Fortunately, the team has had no such troubles against southpaws, battering lefty starters to a 16-3 record (!).
