Mike Trout in XX

Quick question: in my five first saves in XX, Trout remains a very valuable player into his mid-late thirties. He has tremendous walk rate and good defense (unless he starts being used at DH which has happened twice). His power is good as well.

However; he never hits above .270 in any seasons, even starting in 2019 non-live start. I think the game is penalizing his excellence in other categories somehow despite his high contact ratings.

Anyone else seen this?

Trout is a career .306 hitter so this drop off is very unrealistic. Not sure it’s small sample size as it’s occurred across 30+ seasons now where he was in his “contact” prime.
