it's in the "data" folder. i don't know which folder, but through process of elimination you'll only have to look in a few.
possible at near where app.cfg is stored? users\<username>\appdata\.... or in documents? i don't know anymore... i just don't get why windows apps have to have all their sh%t strewn around all over the place. it's like a schizo designed it.
"let's split up settings in multiple locations so we can really confuse them!" - microsoft. ootp is just conforming to windows S.O.P.
e.g. defintely not under stadiums, logos, caps etc... file type would be the other clue once you traverse into the various directories.
