GM of Toyama here. As others have mentioned, both available teams (Hartford/Okinawa) had outstanding seasons last year. Both teams have a superstar quality position player in Luis Cedeno (HAR) and Clarence Carpenter (OKA), and both teams will likely make a strong push towards the playoffs this season.
