OOTP Developments Forums - View Single Post - Historical League Simulation Minor Expansion?

So I've been running this Historical league now since the "dawn of baseball", with league expansion enabled... but the game doesn't actually add minor league teams right? Is there a way to get it to add minor leagues, or do I have to add them manually? (which seems daunting, and I'm not 100% sure of how to do that faithfully.)
