Now this could in theory open up massive possibilities like choosing the expansion teams like No Florida but instead Colorado gets an Expansion team in 93 and Quebec doesn't move or better yet maybe Quebec moves somewhere different.
As awesome as this would be probably pretty difficult to actually implement.

Custom games using the player db from any historical season. Basicly a hybrid historical/custom league. Then you could relocate and expand however you want.
