FHM is requiring ECHL teams to carry at least 14 players under the age of 26. I can't find any documentation in the league rules or the PHPA CBA that validates that rule. Was that requirement put in place to keep the player pool reasonably young or was that believed to be a requirement of "The Coast?"

As an example, Toledo very likely will not meet that requirement at the start of the 15-16 season.
