Can't see a thing, it's too blurry in my phone...
I would say is early days and give it some more time... 60 games doesn't represent a lot...
Also check how your batters compare to opposite pitchers... If your defense is getting destroyed... Is your pen blowing up the games? I mean there are a lot of factors included and you are constantly making the same mistakes because that's how you learnt in the past maybe?
