The ability not to have any fictitious players is already there. If you don't create minor leagues, than all players are put onto a reserve roster and no fake players are created. You can have up to 200 players on the reserve roster. Of course, players on the major league roster are not on the reserve roster, and, of course, you can move players between the reserve and active roster..
