The Pro Baseball Clubs Association is a league where you decide how you want to build your franchise. New GM's have a 9 figure budget to build their franchise, including: stadium, team budget, fan interest, loyalty, media contract and market size. If you are taking over an existing team, you will have to keep the team as is for the current season, but you will have the possibility to move and reorganize your franchise, except for the team budget.
Each joining GM will decide on the name/city of each team in their organization from ML down to R Level. They also must provide the Commish with the jersey and cap files for each team.

We sim daily and advance 3 days at a time.
Special rule for the PBCA: Each season, the pennant winners in each division will take part in a team draft. GM's will have the chance to decide who they want in their division for the following season. Strategize by drafting the weakest team...or have fun matching your roster against the best from the previous season!
