You entered the correct serial number into the "Enter license key" dialog in OOTP, but an error message pops up saying "Error, try again".

Well, if several thousand customers try to license their games at the same time, even the best servers might get into trouble. Unfortunately, there's nothing which we can do, it's not our server and not under our control.
Please wait not only a few seconds, but a few minutes before trying again. If the thousands of customers try again every two seconds, the servers will be blocked completely.

Please accept our apologies if the license process on release day does not work as smooth as it usually does.
