I have found what looks to be a loophole in trading with teams during the draft.

It seems like the AI will reject most trades for very high first round picks, which makes sense, but once the team selects a player I can then offer a first round pick for that player straight up and the AI will accept it.

For instance, I try to trade for the #1 pick and am rejected. The team picking first selects a player. I then offer my late first round pick straight up and the AI will accept it. I've tried this multiple times in different drafts and the behavior has been consistent. I've had to restrain myself from making a mockery of this, but it should probably be looked at for FHM4.
