You can make three different versions of the schedule to rotate the interleague play. But your bigger problems with this 162-game breakdown for this league setup are these:

7-team divisions make it more difficult to schedule and to have an odd number of divisions in each league means an interleague game every day. That's also problematic since all of your non-division game breakdown calls for less than six games against an opponent
3-game series are better for scheduling. Playing each team just four games outside the division could be problematic. You need more three-game series so that scheduling fits neatly inside a seven-day week.
