I'll be using this thread to do a pro career simulation for Cuban Olympic Gold Medal winner Teofilo Stevenson. The simulation will begin in 1977 following the Stevenson's Olympic performance in 1976.

For this purpose, I'll use the fan-created rating (see attached) but will most likely tweak it a little. Right now, I'm doing dry runs. So if you have any suggestions to change the rating, please post them.

The reports on Stevenson's pro career will be by Skip Bailey, a staff reporter for "Counter-Punch" magazine.

Please note that since Stevenson's (Castro's?) decision not to turn pro was politically driven, there will be some element of politics present in Bailey's coverage.
