I am in both and would recommend both.

EI is DEEEEEP, sim everyday, 4 days per sim (increased in offseason)....all real players have retired but we have carried on. Scouts are inaccurate, injuries are frequent, this is a great league if you like to micromanage and dig deep for the hidden gems.

A3, real players on a random debut. Sims are longer, but only 3 times a week. Scouts are more accurate, and prospects are close to ready when drafted, so not as much minor league management and development. Slack is very active, even off none sim days.

Very different....both top notch!
