Yep that is what I was asking. If the entirety of the draft pool comes from the feeders I was curious if historical rookies would be assigned to feeders rather than placed in the pool. Since you'd think the feeder setting would prevent that very thing from happening.
I wonder what would happen then? Would they be free agents or just added to the pool?
