Players: MLB 1995 Roster Set + Historical db (and minors) with players entering the amateur draft at age 18/19, not at their debut year.

Exports Days: Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri with a Weds sim for playoffs and offseason
League Time Per Sim: 7 days
Current Season: 2011 - Approaching Spring Training
Rules & Settings: Scouting ON/High Accuracy, Coaches/Owner Goals ON, 20-80 Ratings. We live sim the playoffs, and use Slack for communication. We have integrated StatsPlus to our Slack and live sim experience! S+ and Online reports updated with each sim. Homepage updated with news articles and statistical widgets in a newspaper-esque format! Specific settings and rules found on forums.

The UBA is a fictional/historical league blend - the 1994 strike never resolves, and the players go off and play in a new league! We started with an inaugural fantasy draft. We are approaching the beginning of the 2011 season. We have an EXTREMELY strong group of GMs - this is the first recruiting post I've had to put on the boards in 18 months real-time. Join now to get used to your new team before the season begins!

We currently have two openings:
1. Toledo Troutheads (yes DH) - Have been a bubble team for awhile now. Help push them over the top! Top players include recognizable names such as Jason Kipnis, Yeonis Cespedes and prospects: Jose Altuve, Jimmy Nelson, and Anthony Rendon.

2. Dallas Daredevils (yes DH) - Improving from a brief rebuild, needs moderate work to become a contender. Headlined by a young Josh Donaldson with Wil Myers, Tyler Naquin and Avisail Garcia topping the prospect ranks.

New GM's are allowed to relocate and rename their team after 1 year of service in the UBA.
