Had this happen at the end of a recent historical game. The players are hidden on one off your minor league teams.

You have T. Olson on your 40-man, and it shows Walla Walla, but he doesn't show on your Walla Walla team.

Assuming this is what's happening, I go to the "Players" tab, next to "Rosters and Transactions"; and then select the Walla Walla team; then, and I think it's a drop down in the upper right of the box of players, and from that drop down select "AI setup on team"

or some verbage like that. I don't have the game in front of me now to double check.

Then, all players will populate onto that Walla Walla team. I don't know the underlying issue, but that will get your players visible again. And you'll just have to reassign them to the correct minor league team.
