82 of 162: Kevin Herrera (4-1, 3.93) @ Michael Brisk (8-6, 3.03)
Brisk was so-so, he gave us 4 innings of work and the pen was able to hold on. The story of this one, a 10-5 win and 3rd series sweep of the season for us, was our offense. C Yoshi was 2 for 4 with a HR and 3 RBI, SS Maddox Wahlen was 2 for 2 with an RBI and a run, and Donny finished 2 for 4 with a double, a jack, an RBI and 2 runs. All but one player got a hit for us in this one, we limited our K’s to 6, and had 4 fielding errors. We continue to approach defense like it’s optional. 2 doubles, 2 jacks, and 21 total bases today – fun Sunday day game with lots of families in attendance – it’s always nice when you attract 42-thousand fans to the park and put on that kind of show.

Always wonderful to get a sweep before heading back out on the road - stops in OKC & LA coming up.
