I play a lot of solo leagues in Challenge Mode and have encountered several bugs that were game breaking to the league in Challenge Mode. Latest was game not triggering playoffs and not advancing into the offseason. This may be something that could be fixable in commissioner mode, but it got me starting the conversation of waiting to convert to OOTP 21 when it releases down the line (we convert every second release).

I know there are a few fast sim leagues that should have completed a number of seasons in ver20 by now, so thought it prudent to ask here before assuming it wasn't an issue that may be limited to Challenge Mode or some setting I use and have not caught on to yet.

So the question is... are you guys and gals running leagues finding things normal relative to past releases, or does my observation parallel what you are finding in new or converted leagues?
