I'm having the same issue in my minor-league system, where it's less annoying. I'm playing as a GM/manager but I let the assistant GM handle promotions and demotions within the minors. He has two young starting pitchers bouncing back and forth between AA and AAA every day. It's a good thing OOTP allows teleportation because the AAA team is in Little Rock and the AA team is in San Bernardino.
