Folks -

Having recently discovered OOTP, I am finally getting to play out a fictional league concept that I have been contemplating since I put my APBA cards away in 1979.

The teams in this league are comprised of two major league teams that are combined to create geographical super-teams - For example, the Mets and Yankees would combine to form the "New York" team; the Angels and Dodgers form "LA"; the Phils and Pirates become the "Pennsylvania" team; etc. There are some teams that do not have natural partners, but I used a bit of creative license to find decent matches for each.

I am hoping that with all of the incredible design talent that populates this board, some/one of you will do me the honor of coming up with nickname ideas and logo/jersey/cap designs (home and away) for the following teams:

- Bay Area Bridges (Giants and A's)
- Beltway Monuments (Orioles and Nationals)
- Boston Pilgrims (Red Sox and Braves)
- Chicago Lakeshores (Cubs and White Sox)
- Detronto Border Crossings (Tigers and Blue Jays)
- Florida Oranges (Marlins and Rays)
- Los Angeles Pacifics (Dodgers and Angels)
- Missouri Show Mes (Cardinals and Royals)
- Mountain Ranges (Rockies and Diamondbacks)
- New York Apples (Yankees and Mets)
- Northern Tundra (Twins and Brewers)
- Ohio Rivers (Indians and Reds)
- Pennsylvania Keystones (Phillies and Pirates)
- Texas Cowboys (Rangers and Astros)
- West Coast Bookends (Padres and Mariners)

The nicknames I included are the goofy ones that I have come up with but if you have a design idea that uses a different nickname, feel free to go for it.
