Is there a way to set minor league roster limits? I'm doing a historical simulation with the Orioles from the 1988 season on. I'm in 1992 now and the computer AI is signing all of the free agents to their minor league teams giving them 30 and sometimes 35 or more players on each team.

I'd like to have more minor league free agents available.
