Having the correct install for your license is the first thing to verify. E-sellerate license codes generally start with OOTP20-xxx while fastspring codes will look different. I would double-check that you have the correct version for your license code. The different versions are here:

If you bought prior to June 20 then you most likely have an e-sellerate version, so should make sure to download that version for licensing. If you are still running into troubles, I would suggest filing a support ticket (
