Alright so I am doing a Dynasty in my other forums. I am solely the GM of the team.

first question if I set manager options to "Me" setting lines should I not be able to move some lines around during the season?

If not disregard. If so follow on.

First season I didn't feel the need to try and mess around with lines as my head coach was splitting time to my goalies and such.

Second season, my "Starter" has been in all 17 games, I don't know if its because it seems the schedule never has back to back games so its allowing him to rest up for the next game or what.

So I went to try and manually switch goalies for each game, but it's not allowing me to even though i've selected to be able to manage lines. Is there any other way to get around this? Or will my Dynasty just need to be unrealistic and have a goalie play 82 games of the season? lol
