First let's take a look at the Association. The playoffs will consist of the regular season champion and playoff champion of each state. If the regular season and playoff champion are the same, then the playoff bid will go to the other finalist. Teams will then be seeded 1-12 (for the first season), with the 6 state regular season champions seeded 1-6, and the playoff champions being seeded 7-12. Top 4 get a bye, 5/12, 6/11, 7/10, 8/9 will be first round match-ups. First Round and Quarterfinals will be best of 5 series, semifinals and championship best of 7 series.

The regular season champs will be based on 2 things: how they finish in the state playoffs, and regular season record. Obviously, regular season champs that also win their playoffs or finish 2nd will be seeded much higher. If we have multiple regular season champs that also win their state playoffs, then we will go to regular season record. If that is the same, it will go to coin flip.

The playoff champs will be based the same way: finish in the regular season and record. This will all be explained more once we get to our first association playoffs.

Each state will start on the first Monday in March, and play an 84 game schedule. Each team will play the other 7 teams in their state 12 times: 6 at home and 6 away. 3 game series, no all-star game. Each state's season should end in mid-August. The draft will be after the season and will include all states in 1 draft. The graphic has draft info and other association rules that will not be changed so that each state can have their own set of rules.
