decided to expand the pool of potential players a bit (already did in a way with Pesky), and bring aboard Nellie Fox as an infield backup player. Fox will replace long time Syrup, Joe Sewell on the roster.
Management would like to thank Sewell for his many years of service to the team. Sewell joined the club in their inaugural season of 2020 and has been a reliable backup at second, short and third.
