Sim 1 - 2019 Arbitration Period / 2019 Team Options
Sim 2 - 2019 Arbitration Complete / 2019 Players file for Free Agency
7 Days per sim after that - 14 days in late free agency

Trade Rules:
Draft Pick trading disabled
Players cannot be traded for cash only
Players on the IL can be traded
Maximum players allowed in trade: 5
Salary retainment: Permitted (increments of 5)
Veteran players can exercise their 10/5 right to veto trades
Trades are subject to review by the commissioner in order to ensure reasonable value has been exchanged.
Managers may protest trades by messaging the commissioner.



Contract Rules:
Players cannot be offered extensions before their first arbitration hearing.
Team Options are permitted but cannot be offered before player options.
Team Options must include a 25% buyout of their annual salary.



All other rules default to MLB/OOTP standards.
