I always add a player to my shortlist before trading/releasing them, so I can check on them later. In previous versions I'd have to go through each player to find when they retired - now it says "retired" in the team name column. A teeny little change but makes life so much nicer.
I imported my league from 2013 and I'm seeing a little weirdness with facegen. On the game schedule screen players seem to be wearing different jerseys than on their player profile screen:
