I don't, but I can comment that I have tried simming the Braves (starting in 2019 and going for several years), several times, and not once have I seen a team, other than me, picking up players in Rule 5 draft. I have picked up several quite decent players.

Of course, that doesn't mean don't protect any 3 star or higher players you have --- if you don't, I expect they would be picked up. But several times I have left 2 1/2 star players unprotected without them being picked up.
