The Brewers dominated the league, finishing with 116 wins ... the team stumbled into September, losing 6 games in a row, but finished the regular season by winning their final six games, then sweeping the Tigers and Mariners. Wins in the first two games of the World Series ran the winning streak to a whopping 16 games and the team eventually won the World Series in six games.
