I need help. When I edit the world_default.xml file nothing happens. I changed the file so many current baseball powers (Dominican, Cuba ect) had non existant programs and countries like India, and China had excellent programs. When I start the game and go to explore world the changes appear to be there, India and China are listed as having excellent baseball programs, but the players generated are still coming from those other nations (Dominican, Cuba ect). What is going on?
