When you post pics to make facegens from, it's best to use pics where the players teeth can't be seen, if at all possible.
If you use pics where the teeth are visible (especially with really big smiles) to make a facegen, the facegen program includes the teeth as part of the players lips, essentially creating two sets of teeth on one guy with lips that look like teeth. They can look pretty bad sometimes.
