I've been searching and searching the forum, but can't quite find the complete answer for this. I want to run a game universe that includes all the playable leagues from all the nations in the game (US Majors and Minors, Japan, Dominican Republic, etc.), with the latest and most realistic and up to date database. Is this possible? If so how can I go about making it happen?

If I can't do this is there a way that I can get Masahiro Tanaka into the game as a free agent?
