OOTP 20 was crashing upon the following:

1- Clicking on the OOTP Start Screen option from the File drop-down
2- Closing the program from the X on the top right corner of the screen. It didn't initialize- initialization read 0% and then OOTP crashed instead of saving the data base.

Running the program as Administrator fixed both.

3- The crash that is still happening is when you try to add a historical team to any National League division in League Setting/Edit League Structure mode. This also happened with OOTP19 on two different high-end laptops. No error message just a hard crash.

I have a Republic of Gamers ASUS laptop:

OS- Windows 10
Computer: x64-based PC
Video Card: NIVDIA GeForce GTX 1070
Processor: INTEL Core i7- 6820 HK CPU @ 2.70 gHZ
