Reigning PCL Fireman Trophy winner, Jesse Borley (34-R), formerly of Seattle, signed with Philadelphia for 1 year at $670,000 with a team option for a second year. Seems kind of cheap for a guy with 67 SV and a 1.79 ERA over the past 2 seasons. I would have signed him for that, if I had known we would take the offer.
