Looks like the biggest mistake Cashman made this past offseason was to dump Ronald Torreyes. Even at the time the move seemed utterly inexplicable. All he did in his three years as the Yanks' primary utility infielder was be reasonably productive offensively and demonstrate the required versatility the position demands in spades. Gee, who wants a guy like that clogging up their infield depth chart?
