Ah listen to that sweet music. Frank Viola had the Aces hitters baffled today. Frank held Alexandria scoreless for 8 innings today, before allowing a solo home run to Jim Presley with 2 outs in the 9th. Tim Crews replaced Viola following the home run allowing a DiMaggio single before striking out Dave Watkins to end the game.
The big blow for Fort Worth was a 3 run home run off the bat of Bobby Kielty during a 4 run fourth inning.
Fort worth is now up 2 games as we head to Alexandria Louisiana for game 3.
