Hope you don't mind my posting this in your thread here but since you're into college ball (me too!) here are some college related OOTP mods you might enjoy:

Bigrod's and my NCAA roster mod, adding real players and team to OOTP. The 2013 version, is here.

A simplified version of the mod that only includes D1 posted by Bigrod here.

The thread to follow the progress on the NCAA project for 2014 here.

eriqjaffe's incredible NCAA uniforms for OOTP. D1, D2, D3, and NAIA.

You can also find a ton of Juco unis that I requested and were kindly created for me by silvam14 and a few other folks here.
