A home jersey with Cougars on it... no pinstripes... piping is fine... the one you posted looks like a gray road jersey instead of white home jersey.
Could be that is the software's version of white jersey.
This is the colors used in justafan's jersey software.
The Gray Away is on the left... the Home White is on the right.
