I played 3 different teams in OOTP19. This time around I have two - one with whatever cards I can to build the best team I can. The other one is built exclusively of Mets players, current and past. It was a frantic first 10 minutes taking the minuscule amount of cash available for a new team and grab enough players to field a team of all Mets. From the first game the team has played, every at bat or inning pitched has been with Mets players. The early team was pretty pathetic as I built the early squad from the 1000 points available and just grabbing 5-15 PP Mets from the AH. Eventually, as the cards I received in my initial pack opening were either auto sold or auctioned off to other teams, I began the longer process of building my collection of players.

I must admit, now having gone to the trouble of doing it, I'm WAY more interested in how my Mets team is doing than my other team which is currently being pummeled in the diamond league. If you have a favorite team, I'd highly recommend it.

I know that there are tournaments coming. I assume it will be for things like all-Iron and such. Would there be tournaments available for those of us who have a single franchise's players? I know that the one's for the Yankees and a few of the other older teams will probably be dominant but that's ok, I just think it would be fun to participate in.
