Detroit Red Wings (16-15-2) at Montreal Canadiens (18-13-2)

Montreal continues to struggle to get back on track. The Canadiens are currently in 5th in the East with 38 points, 13 behind the East leading Bruins. Montreal is only 4 points ahead of the 9th place Red Wings. Montreal takes on average 29 shots per game, this ranks them 19th in the NHL. On RD is 22 year old Tomas Badura, the native of Usti nad Labem, CZE is a defensive defenseman. Scouts say his defensive game is his strenght as Montreal usually uses him on the 3rd pairing in a Old school defenseman role.
