In the early 2000's the EA Madden football game had all of the Super Bowl winners in the game, and also an option to create a league and choose any of the teams in the game. This was one of the most awesome features ever in a sports game, as far as I'm concerned!Obviously the new players for the draft after each season had to be fictional, since you weren't starting a league in any particular year, but having the 74 Steelers, 85 Bears, 72 Dolphins, etc, all playing in the same league was extremely cool. Imagine how great it would be to have the 79-80 Oilers, 84-85 Pens, and 46-47 Red Wings all in the same league, with Gretzky, Lemieux, Messier and Howe all starting their careers concurrently.....It couldn't get much cooler than that!
