Is this feature ever going to be explained further? It would be nice to think you could watch a game on your screen that is being RTS simmed, that would appear to be the intent of the "Live Game Webcast" but the documentation and in game help do not assist at all. I see some mention of users in Commissioner mode will not see a "Watch Game" link. Is this the same as the "WEBCAST" feature the message on the "Live Game Webcast" is referring to?
